Our customers benefit from local on the ground support from our office in Pembroke Dock.  We do not run a call Centre, when customers phone us, they will be speaking to a friendly member of our staff, either at our offices at the Innovation Centre in Pembroke Dock or at our Yard in Milford Haven.

We ensure you will always be able to exchange your gas bottles with us for a refill.  We can deliver to you or you can collect from our yard in Milford Haven.
